There is a great pub and restaurant here in Hayward called Buffalo Bills, the food is terrific and they make their own beer, the Tasmanian Devil is my favorite, two of these and you better give your keys to a friend!

Aqua Pools

Last year we contracted with Aqua Pools to build us a new in-ground concrete pool, spa and beautiful waterfall. One month after completion we noticed the rocks making up the waterfall (which are manmade from concrete) started to crack, the company came back and made the repairs.
It was just one month and the repairs were cracking again, a few months later they were back making more repairs. Now that it's been a little over a year they refuse to fix the problem, this is just not good business and we will be going to small claims court.

Buffalo Bills in Whistler BC Canada is one of the hottest spots in Whistler.
The happy hour is second to none, the place comes alive at about 1pm and stays busy until late night, the food is great and the service (waitress) are awesome unlike some of the slugs that slop food and drinks around here!
I can't wait to get back, snow, snow, snow!

Shane, the owner of Lake Tahoe Lawn & Garden Maintenance has provided us with landscape service for several properties this summer, he has done an excellent job, he provides a great service and for a reasonable fee.
He speaks English so therefore there is no concern about miscommunication.
Great job Shane, keep up the good work.

Shane also provides snow removal during the winter months, give him a call!

Jake's on the Lake

We went to Jake's on the Lake this evening for drinks and appetizers, the food is terrific, the happy hour menu has some very good choices, the noodle bowls are awesome as well as the drinks.
Bodie the bartender does an excellent job, he is courteous and friendly unlike the help at some other local restaurant/bars who won't acknowledge you if they don't recognize you.

Red Lobster restaurant, Reno, Nv

For all who might still be wondering where the Red Lobster moved to in Reno, Nv, it's in a terrible location on S. Kietzke Ave next to the big Lowe's store.

The former location on S. Virginia was a good one, so why move to an obscure place that's hard to get into? The food is still wonderful, but this new location is really BAD.

North Shore Campground

We stayed at this campground for a week in August. They are mean, abrasive, inconsiderate, and rude. I would never recommend this spot.

Sazio's Ristorante Italiano

This is a gem of a restaurant nestled behind a flower shop. The setting is casual - but atmosphere is friendly and warm. The food is wonderful. My favorite is the Gnocchi. They also have a wonderful calamari dish, along with many other wonderful dishes. Toni, one of the owners and cooks, steps out quite often from the kitchen to personally greet the guests and you can't leave without him signing!!!!

A truely great dining experience....

Suzanne the owner of All About Nails, is not only one of the most positive people I know, she always has a smile on her face. Her salon has a warm and comfortable feel, they always make you feel welcome.
I've been getting my hair cut here for years, I have and will recommend her salon to friends and clients.

AM PM Gas Station

AMPM Station on S. Virginia at Delucchi, Reno NV
I've stopped for gas at this station for the last time. Several times while fueling I've asked the attendant to use the restroom and the response is "it's not working" on another occasion several months later same response.
Just a couple weeks ago, 1 1/2 years later I ask to use the facilities guess what, "it's not working"
Plus they charge a fee just to use you credit card.
To hell with them! I'm going somewhere else where they appreciate my business!

Long's Drug Store - Pharmacy

I recently relocated to Albany. I took a prescription in to be filled. Since this was my first time, I asked if they could call my prescription vendor and confirm coverage. The Pharmacist was not only rude, but could hardly converse in English. She absolutely REFUSED..

By lack of a simple phone call - it cost me $100 out of my pocket. However, when I went to Safeway, they GLADLY called and and went the extra mile.
